Ok...well, before you purchase you might want to read about them first, but using them is super easy and could provide your family hours (ok, maybe not hours) of entertainment. Sit one person on each end of the board (closest to the rockers) and then bounce yourself up and down. The board will bend in the middle and you will gradually bounce towards the middle too. Play with someone bigger than you and you can bounce pretty high. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. It is money well spent. ; )
