Red Sunflower

Wow...I must have been in painting mode today. I made the "Soar" picture from the post below and I finally got around to making this sunflower for my mother-in-law. She wanted a companion picture to go with the one I made her for her birthday. This one was a little more challenging, but overall I'm happy with it. It's a little over the top compared to the picture she gave me, but I guess as the artist I have artistic license, right? The scanner cut off a bunch of the picture so this is just part of it.
