Lorelai's Dr. Visit
Went to the dr. today for all of 15 minutes. While I was happy it was a fast visit I feel as though it's sad I spend more time driving there and back than how long my appointment lasted. I won't complain though. My belly is right on target at 34 weeks and Lorelai's heartbeat was 158. Perfection! We go back in two weeks. We will have an ultrasound over at the hospital to check on her position, get her measurements, and to check on the amniotic fluid levels. Then to the dr. to check for dilation and effacement numbers. Should be a fun visit! Can't wait to see our sweet baby on the monitor. We haven't seen her since 17 weeks!!! Right now I can't really tell what position she is in. She feels sideways, so if that is the case I hope she decides to flip head down. I'd really prefer not to have a c-section thank you very much.
Gabriel was wonderful as always. He showed Dr. Wilson his trucks from "Cars." She commented that he is the best behaved child they've had through there. Always nice to hear. :) Then we went to Barnes & Noble to play with the Thomas trains, climb the stage, and browse for books. After that was lunch with Daddy and some of his co-workers/our friends. A busy morning!!! Grandma Cherlyn will be watching him for our ultrasound though. That would be a very boring day for a toddler.
