Lorelai's First Easter!
And she and Gabriel both seem to not be feeling well. Gabriel has a runny nose and Lorelai just seems not herself to me. It finally rained here and it's very cold. So I think we're keeping everyone in today. I don't want to spread germs, and I don't want them to get any worse if I can help it. :( We'll just have to bust out our Easter finery next weekend.
Anyway...Happy Easter!!! We are so excited to celebrate as a family of four. Gabriel had his first egg dying experience and Lorelai got her very first Easter basket. She didn't get very excited over it and is mostly thrilled with Easter Grass. :)
Pictures to come of her in her gorgeous Easter dress when she feels up to wearing it.

We used Kool-Aid to dye our eggs. You can read about that on The Cozy Pumpkin. :) |
I only made 6 eggs for him thinking he would get bored or not enjoy the mess, but I was wrong. I promised him we'll do it again soon so he can make more eggs. |
I need a haircut. These bangs are getting too long. |
Our Easter Egg hung consisted of the plastic eggs with candy being strewn around the playroom. It was supposed to be outdoors, but we had thunderstorms last night and this morning. |
Yay for Easter eggs! They make good shakers. :) |
I promise...I haven't eaten a plastic egg. Yet. |
Gabriel was slow to get started hunting eggs. First he just wanted to cover them in Easter Grass. |
Lorelai is a champion egg hunter. :) |
