Harry Potter

J.K. Rowling announced the release for the new and final Harry Potter book today. The book will be on shelves July 21, the next movie will be out 8 days earlier on July 13. My mom and I have been anxiously awaiting the next book. Although strangely I feel sad that I won't have any more Harry Potter books to look forward to.

Much suspicion surrounds the two deaths in the upcoming book. Rowling herself said she originally had only planned on one death, but that the second death just found it's way into the story and even greatly surprised herself. Now, I'm not really sure how the person writing the story can surprise herself by her own plot...but that's for another post another day.

My guess...and I think my mom agrees with me on this (correct me if I'm wrong mom)...is that Lord Voldemort and Harry Potter will both die. I think that they will kill each other. It just doesn't stand to reason that Voldemort would go on living and Harry die...so that senario is out in my opinion.

Brian thinks Ron will die...he doesn't really have a good explanation for this other than that's just what he thinks. He has a side item that he wants Harry to get with Hermione.

So...who do you think will die? I'm curious to know.

Oh...and bravo to Daniel Radcliffe for trying to break his Harry Potter mold. The play choice is a little odd...erotic horse obsession...that just sounds lame. But, it takes guts to go against the grain.
