"We're goin' to the zoo, zoo, zoo..."

I know.  We go to the zoo a lot.  We are now on our second year of membership at the zoo, and it's really nice to enjoy such a lovely facility while we're here.  Fun things this excursion:

1)  While visiting the gorillas (which are usually standoffish) not one but TWO gorillas came up to Gabriel at the window.  The second gave him a kiss on the glass and a high five.  I kid you not!!!  It was amazing.  I'm telling you...this little boy has something innate in him that animals just pick up on.  He's been so gentle with them since he was a baby and they can sense it.  I so wanted to grab my camera, but I would have had to stand up and I was afraid I would spook the gorilla away.

(Side note:  Lorelai was terrified of them.)

2)  We also visited the playground at the zoo for the first time.  It was HUGE!  We need to go back as we only visited one little section of it.
